Character profile
Background
Beam is a Shark Fiend. He is also, somehow, Denji's biggest fan. He is not in Season 1 properly, but the rooftop glimpse in episode 11 is him. He calls Denji 'Lord Chainsaw,' swims through solid walls like they are water, and is one of the only creatures in Public Safety who joined up because he wanted to, not because Makima had a leash on him. Season 2 is his arc. For now the show just shows you his shark head poking through a wall and lets you wonder who that maniac was.
