American Thugs

Three assassins sent from the United States after Denji's heart. They demonstrate how much of the world's politics runs on owning pieces of devils.

Anti-Makima Squad

A squad of soldiers and hunters assembled specifically to kill Makima, which required first admitting out loud that she needed killing.

Chainsaw Man Church

A church built around Chainsaw Man as a figure of worship, which is what happens when a public sees him save them and nobody explains what he actually is.

Devil Hunter Club

A school club at Fourth East High whose members patrol for devils, which is a normal after-school activity in this setting.

Devil Hunters

The trade Denji falls into: contracted killers who take devils apart for the government, private firms or the yakuza. Contracts pay in body parts, lifespan, or things harder to name.

Four Horsemen

Control, War, Famine and Death: the devils drawn from the fears Revelation names. Makima was the first to surface, and she mentioned the others long before any of them appeared.

Further group details have not been recorded.

Quanxi and the Fiends

Quanxi and her four fiends, who she treats as her girlfriends and who are collectively better at their jobs than most national teams sent against them.

Tokyo Special Division 4

Makima's experimental unit, built out of hunters she selected personally. Its purpose was never the one written on the paperwork.

Tokyo Special Division 5

Another Public Safety subdivision founded by Makima. Manga only.

Weapon Devils

Seven devils who served the Four Horsemen, each drawn from a different kind of weapon. All seven are accounted for by the time the manga catches up with them.

Yakuza

The employers who inherited Denji's father's debt and then sold Denji to the Zombie Devil. He killed all of them, which is the first thing Chainsaw Man ever did.
